This piece is excellent for those that just started play classical music. Italian guitar virtuoso Giuliani flourished through the first third of the 19th century.

In this part the theme is played in 16th notes and it's the final development of the theme in this movement, and it closes with finale.

In this part the theme is played in triplets, which add some "waltz-like" feel to the part.

In this part the theme gets one more voice, and is more difficult than the first part, but still an easy one. Also, it is a good exercise for right hand fingers.

This is first part of Mauro Giuliani's Sonatina OP 71, No. 1, Mov. 1. It is the easiest one.

This lesson is useful for right hand finger picking. This is etude so basic it has no specific tempo, I played it here 80 bpm but you can play it in any comfortable speed. Start slowly and then increase it gradually to reach 80 and even more.

Mauro Giuliani was one of the giant guitar heroes of 18-19th Century from Italy. He was a contemporary with Beethoven. It is said that Giuliani played the cello in the orchestra when Beethoven premiered his 7th Symphony in Vienna.

This is another tune from Le Papillon book by Mauro Giuliani, this is number 11 called 'Maestoso'. Maestoso means that it has to be played slowly but dignified.
